For the past 20 years I have provided health care to the people of Modesto. I offer two separate types of services, and one or both may be of interest to you, especially if you lack healh insurance or if you have high deductibles. Cash patients are welcome.
1.I am Board Certfiied in Family Medicine.
2. I am also a certified provider for SUBOXONE (Buprenorphine) for outpatient treatment for Opiate addiction (Heroin, Morphine, Vicodin, Norco, Percodan, Percocet, and Duragesic and similar substances). Addiction to methamphetamines can also be treated on a case by case basis.
Are you concerned about your health status or that of a loved one and would like a comprehensive evaluation for reassurance that there is nothing seriously wrong?
All services are provided on a private, fee-for-service basis, to assure confidentiality.
All types of general medical problems can be treated, such as arthritis, heart problems, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal and genitourinary problems, diabetes, thyroid problems, and also mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. I do not provide narcotics, but other medicines for pain management are available. Since I am on staff at Doctors Medical Center, I can provide in-patient care when needed. Referrals to appropriate specialists may be possible, after an initial workup here.
Even if you have insurance, you may be able to meet a high deductible with a preventative examination., and obtain peace of mind for a few years.
New patients will receive appropriate lab work, including cholesterol screening when indicated, and also an EKG and a free follow-up visit to discuss risk factors. . You may find such a package plan to be very reassuring if you have health concerns. You may also find that a visit to my office is more cost efficient than going to a hospital emergency room. when you are ill, and waiting long hours with no further follow-up care available.
Most appointments can be made for the same day or within the next day or two. Second opinion examinations are also available. Parking is convenient at my office, which is just north of Downey High School. If you do have insurance, but you cannot see your doctor soon, I can see you for a one time visit and return you back to your own doctor.
I will listen to your concens in an unhurried manner, and I will provide you with medical care as your friend and as your guide. That is what family medicine is about.
